Starting July 16, 2007, charter operators that are required to operate under an approved TSA 12.5 Security Program will have to check all passengers against both the TSA No Fly List and the Selectee List. The Selectee List contain about three times as many names as the No Fly List, which makes manual checking almost out of the question. Passengers matching the No Fly List must be denied boarding. Passengers matching the Selectee List may be transported, but the TSA must be notified PRIOR TO FLIGHT.
FltOps 330-0010 includes provisions for checking both the No Fly and Selectee Lists. The No Fly List Manager was modified to allow import of both lists, and displays the serial numbers of the most recently imported lists. The Trip Sheet and Passenger Manifest reports were modified to indicate the serial numbers of the No Fly and Selectee Lists against which the passengers manifested were checked. As in previous versions, No Fly/Selectee List checking is done automatically when a trip is saved.
